“Close to amenities, good transport link. 3 Rooms in an apartment. So shared space but individual rooms and bathroom. Liked the little touches of iron, toiletries, towels and slippers. Each room had a small fridge and desk space. Would recommend. ”

“Relais Garbatella is well-situated in a very local Roman neighborhood in Garbatella. A hop skip from Colosseum, 3 metro stops away on Line A and also conveniently accessible to Termini; might I mention that the Garbatella metro station is only 2.5 streets/blocks away. My liking of Relais Garbatella began well before stepping foot on the property. Luca’s above and beyond hospitality came in the form of openness with accommodation requests, answering questions about Rome, or needing extra supplies……

“Lovely residential area, clean room, close to the metro. Confusing key setup that required a two people holding the gate open to be able to check out and leave the room key behind. Automatic phone door locks didn't always work.”

“First of all, this is a very quiet hotel in the bustling city of Rome. Even the Taxi cab that drove us there admitted this you get out of the daily hum of the touristy area. They cleaned the room every day. The breakfast was really good and they gave us cappuccinos and coffees espresso that we didn’t have to pay for. And all the water we asked for. Staff was very helpful. Room was of a decent size. Air conditioning function well , the bathroom was a bit tiny, but hey, it had a bidet ! Taught my……

“Valentina and Francesca were so helpful with any questions or requests we had. The hotel was more than what we expected. The pool was refreshing after site seeing all day. Our room (21) was spacious and the grounds were beautiful from our balcony. The breakfast had a great variety of foods and was also a nice way to start the day.”

“Great place to stay in Trastevere! Getting there is a little bit of a challenge because the hotel is on a one-way street and the street is blocked for construction so you have to go in the wrong way. We definitely enjoyed our stay!”

“Todo es excelente en este NUMA Hotel, solo seria bueno que tubieran mas cuidado con la limpieza de las areas comunes, y en el laundry poner alguna sen̈al que le deje saber a los clientes el respeto por la ropa de los otros huespedes, ya que la sacan y la tiran donde quiera para poner la de ellos, por lo demas todo excelente, lo recomiendo, es un hotel muy tranquilo, huele delicioso y tiene un costumer services de primer nivel”
