“The hotel is at a walkable distance from Roma Termini. Modern and clean room. Staff was friendly. We were told that heating was available but no ac at cold season. Luckily we can open the windows with a nice view. ”

“Excellent Stay ! Leticia was friendly and very helpful . Excellent location , close to all major sites. Comfortable bed, clean room and complete breakfast full of a variety of options fruit, pastries , juices and delicious coffee. Waiter , chef and barista were kind , welcoming and efficient !”

When I inform the front desk, he (Older gentleman) just said “no one ever complain before” and treat me as a trouble maker. I only use iPad.
Because I check out the hotel at 6am in the morning, When I asked for early payment of hotel bills the day before check out, the same older employee tell me “it’s not possible to do so”. I thought he did not understand me.
