"The hotel was great and the air conditioning was better than all of the other places we stayed—it seems to be a thing in Italy that they restrict the air conditioning at night and this seemed to occur at our hotel (we had it at 19 Celsius around 65 Fahrenheit and it definitely felt warmer than 70 Fahrenheit) however I am still rating it a 5 because it seems to be a country wide thing and it was the least restricted here of all the hotels we stayed at on our trip, however I do wish hotels would disclose this to their guests especially when they are tourist oriented."

"Everything was great except the restaurant staff other than the amazing cook who kept checking on us the other staff made us feel like we were a burden on them if we had questions they were rude and rushing us to leave. We were still eating when they were taking plates from in front of us. We never ate at the sit down restaurant again. Make sure you have cash for washing because even though sign states go to office to get a wash card they will not help you and turn you away I was very disappointed in that. We followed what the signs said to do and were treated poorly for it. So make sure you are fully prepared and do not ask for help."
