"The room was spacious and comfortable. We didn’t experience any issues and staff was extremely helpful whenever we asked any questions. The location was also perfect! It’s about 10 minutes to Termini Station and 15-20 minutes to both the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. Would definitely come back to the Hive Hotel!"

"The hotel is very similar to Hotels in North America, which is what we wanted. The rooms are clean and semi-modern. Everything you need is close by. However, we found the front desk staff quite rude this time—not just a little rude; it’s like they went out of their way to be rude. They need to bring their old staff back. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff in the breakfast room were also excellent. They had an assortment of hot and cold items, from traditional North American breakfast to traditional Italian breakfast. We loved it. The last time we were there in 2019 they had valet parking. This time, they did not, but what really irritated us was that the front desk staff insisted it was "Impossible." They said they never had valet parking. There was. We remember it clearly because it was a running joke in our house that we should have waited for the valet because it took my husband an hour to get to the hotel from across the street because of the one-way streets. This was our go-to hotel in Rome, but we will likely try a different hotel next time because of the rude staff, and lack of valet parking. Nobody needs that kind of attitude on vacation. "

"We stayed at the Hotel Madison for 28 days whilst we had a look around Italy. The staff were fantastic and couldn't be more helpful. The air con was great and we had a room at the back of the hotel where there was no street noise and the location is perfect. Right opposite Roma Termini so it was nice and handy"

"Wonderful place to stay. Customer service is wonderful. Breakfast is very good. There are numerous excellent dining operations steps away from the hotel. It is a very walkable area and very convenient to many sources of transportation. We hope to return soon."

"Great Hotel. 20 to 30 min walking distance from main Rome attractions. Lots of restaurants near by and excellent rooftop for drinks before going to bed. Rooms are decent size. "
