"Affordable, great view, just a bed"
would rate hotel a little higher but the toilet ran most of the time, the resteraunt was closed the entire time which was one of main reasons we selected the hotel, & the two twin beds pushed together with very flat mattress that kept separating all night sucked. Staff did not speak English but they tried their very best which was nice but very frustrating. Please remember to bring outlet converters/adapters. The posted reviews were very helpful. The views are stunning, the rooms clean, but really you get a bed & a washroom, nothing else. There is not even a phone in the room & if you are use to washcloths, bring your own because they do not have any. There is a small 13in TV but there is only Italian channels. They will tell you that there is English ones but MTV only has English sometimes. Breakfast was toast (the size of crackers) tea & coffee. No drinking water-if you dontt want club/seltzer water remember to say flat/still water. Best feature is that the bus is literally right outside hotel & runs until 11 on most nights. There is nothing, I mean nothing to do locally so be prepared to use the bus often. Even the resteraunts that were close had sketchy hours and was hardly open. Load up on drinks and snacks at the grocery stores that the bus can take you to. Its the 32. We did finally catch the Le Isle resteraunt but they spoke no English and the menu was in Italian. Needless to say we ordered French Fries. lol. Oh and one day they do not serve meat so be sure to check.

"Great budget hotel"
Hotel Texas is a great budget hotel in a perfect central location. The staff is very nice and the room was very clean. The room was small and so was the bathroom (with the biggest sink which made us laugh) but we didn't expect a swanky big room for that price. Would stay again if we went back to room. But don't bother with the breakfast!

"Cozy stay at family-run b&b"
The married couple who run the accommodation may not speak English but are quite friendly and chatty; it was like staying at the house of elderly relatives, which is good because it doesn't feel unfamiliar, and the stay, overall, was quite pleasant.

"One bad apple"
Overall, I was extremely pleased with Hotel Adriatic. It was a bit confusing to me because of the layout, but it is in an outstanding location. The ONLY problem that I had with the hotel was the ONE desk attendant who happened to be working the last two mornings of our stay. He was probably the worst costumer service professional that I have ever encountered - rude, condescending, unhelpful, and, generally, a very poor representative of the hotel. Everyone else who worked at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful.

Nice little hotel about 25 minutes walking from termini. Room was very nice and comfortable, air conditioned. Staff was very friendly. Only complaint is the wifi is very weak in the room and you have to go to the lounge in order to use it. Other than that it was great.

"Reasonable hotel no public transport"
The staff at the hotel are very friendly and extremely helpful. There is a solid continental breakfast, and for dinner the pasta dishes are good, but the steak was not. The Wifi is spotty, my first room was not in range of any of the routers, but the staff moved me to another room with a better signal. The rooms are good. They are all air conditioned, and the beds are reasonable. The showers are on the small side though. There is no public transport so you will have to get taxi's everywhere, there are rarely an Ubers in the vicinity. A taxi ride to the beach was 30 euros from the hotel but only 20 euros coming back, and a taxi into town can cost between 50-60 euros. There is a shuttle bus to the airport for 6 euros and then you can get an express train in to town for 14 euros. There is not much around the hotel, so you will be travelling a lot for entertainment, so you will have to factor that into the budget. I was there for a conference, and there is a shuttle bus to the conference center for 8 euros, so that worked out great. Overall I would rate the hotel as 4 out of 5 for the price that you pay, but the lack of local amenities and public transport really brings the rating down.

"Excellent facility, average staff, boring location"
Hotel area and apartment were very nice, as good as the Expedia web site's pictures. Staff seemed very aloof and almost unapproachable. Basic questions seemed too much of a bother to the three different guys working the front desk, and we never saw housekeeping near our room in four days. Location is three to five blocks from just about anything of interest, about ten or more blocks to any historical sights. This is our fourth trip to Rome, not sure we would chooses to stay here again. If facility is all that matters, then it is a good choice.

"Small hotel close to the train terminal"
Great location just two blocks from Rome Termini Train Station. Many choices of restaurants right there on the street. The room is very small. The bathroom and shower are tiny. Two of the four nights there were noisy parties going on down the hall.
