“The carpet smelled like a stinky dog, walls and trim have scuffs and dirt. Definitely needs a deep cleaning done. Kitchen faucet leaks. The deck is slanted and there’s no table for your coffee/food. You’re leaning forward so it’s uncomfortable and feels very unsafe. No privacy on the deck either. There’s just a banner dividing one side. So you can see the other people‘s feet while they’re hanging up their towels on the deck. The pictures did not match the unit. We actually thought we were at...

“Harbor Point is an excellent complex to stay at. The owners and other guests are always very friendly. The pool is great and the property is well maintained. Kevin was a great host and responded to any questions is a timely manner. The living room was plenty big enough for 2 air mattress for our teens who refuse to sleep together. Great place with great AC to lay our heads after spending our days out in the sunshine!”

“Property was great! Location was perfect and would definitely book again.”

“Had a mixup on the key location. They refunded some money for the misunderstanding. Clean, nice everything they said it was.”

“It’s Great”

“The property was very nice. It was just a super hot weekend for outside sites. But nevertheless we loved the stay.”

“Incredible”

“We had the best stay at this property! The pool was perfect, the inside of the condo was even better than the pictures, with an incredible view! We will definitely stay here again.”

“This condo unit was exactly as described and was a beautiful unit in immaculate condition and decorated so nice! The unit was very spacious. There was nothing I would want to change about it. The view of the lake from the condo and balcony was absolutely beautiful. The host was great to work with. Any questions we had were answered immediately. We will definitely return here again, when we visit the area. We had taken many annual family vacations with our boat to the lake of the Ozarks in...

“Overall, great stay, met expectations.some unit details:- close to pool.- kitchen was reasonably well stocked.- extra supplies.- unit is down 1.5 flights of stairs from parking lot, no elevator near by (this didn’t bother us, but may be a consideration for less able-bodied people).”

“No issues! Clean, easy to get to, close to everything!”

“Very good layout with the loft! Lots of games and movies for the kids. Thoughtful touches like hooks in the shower for bathing suits and body poofs. Hooks on the balcony for towels and an awning were also nice. Binoculars were also provided which was fun. Very well stocked with garbage bags, dish soap, paper towels, etc. Pool was nice, location was very good as well. This was a great property! There were a ton of stairs but the view was well worth it!”

“It was the best relaxing weekend I had had and quite a while you could not have asked for a better host. She was there step-by-step with everything you needed. I would highly recommend this place to anybody.”

“Condo was great for us and 2 kiddos! Clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable, pull out couch was nice. Everything we needed for our quick lake weekend. Would come back again for sure.”

“The stay was great. Fun bars and places to eat. The downside was the difficulty in finding the buildings address at night.”

“The host was great! We had a great time.”
