No puedo creer que en este hotel pongan horario para visitas 😂 osea no entendi es un hospital, carcel o casa de huespedes? No me parece logico que pagas por un cuarto y te pongan horario para dormir y cuando pido que me muestren donde estipula el horario de visitas me digan , no lo hemos puesto en nuestros contrato, o reservaciones por escrito increible!!! Era mi cuarta vez hospedandome en ese hotel y este fin me dalieron con eso jamas me vuelvo a hospedad en ese hotel

The hotel is needing a refresh. The air conditioning unit in my room was very noisy. The privacy blind inside the window was torn and had to use a coffee cup to keep it in place. The metal storage door kept banging all night long and I couldn’t get any real sleep. Don’t stay in the corner rooms.

Very nice place with immense amount of parking, secure parking with security every night and day. Clean rooms and affordable. I prepaid for the breakfast and it was delicious.. thank you.

The food at the buffet and Italian restaurant were good and the drinks and ambiance at Media Sangre brewery was awesome. Other than that the room (#243) was rundown, the bathroom door didn’t close and AC didn’t work. The pool was also not working and they offered to shuttle us to their sister hotel (Araiza), we waited over an hour for the shuttle and they never picked us up. We went to tell reception and they pretty much said we either keep waiting or drive ourselves out there, which was rude and so unprofessional.

The name where you register is diferent from the name of the hotel so was a little confusing they have a buffet wich is good service is slow but food is good

We had a good experience staying in this hotel. Check in was fast, our suite room was spacious and clean. There was a wedding and a baby shower celebration in the courtyard which was a little loud in our two night stay. My only complain was that there are no elevators. If you’re handicap or have a disability, make sure you ask for the 1st floor rooms.

Room 112 has an old carpet that smells horrible because of the cleaning chemicals. The furniture is very old and the room us under the stairs and very no noisy! Why no discount for the noisy room location? $100 for a room is not cheap. Please renovate the room. Front desk did not want to move me, even though I’ve stayed here 6 times. I checked out at night and went home early. I could not sleep here.

Made a reservation thru expedia. Never have had a problem at any site. Calafia, Raul at the front desk said they had received my reservation late and couldnt accomodate my request. My room was not available because they had a big party come in. Now expedia says i cant get a refund because hotel personnel is not responding. $317, im not letting this go... very poor service on both ends.

The property has a good access and friendly employees. The room was clean but not the best in the bathroom it had a small water leak from the toilet and the sink drain it was partly clog.

Rooms are usually really clean and taken care of but was disappointed this week there was personal hygiene products left behind by previous guests that were not cleaned and disposed of properly and the shower curtain was short there was water all over bathroom floor :(

A good hotel in Mexicali
It was good. However, I would appreciate more towels in the room. 2 bath towels and one hand towel are not enough in a room that accommodates 4 people. Friendly and helpful staff. Gòod location.

I made reservations a week in advance for their superior room with a king size bed. When I arrive there I had a small room with double beds. I went to the front desk to inquire. After much back and forth, they gave me a room with a king size bed. If this was their superior room they've got problems. The carpet was filthy it was ripped, all of the wood furniture had nicks and scrapes on it. The bathroom was dirty. There was no remote for the tv. And the kicker was they had a wedding party right outside my room with loud music until 2:00 in the morning. Why didn't they tell me about this when I made reservations. Perhaps I would have gone someplace else. I was very disappointed. Definitely not worth it for the price.

I rented a room for my family to stay in a quiet hotel. We checked in on Friday afternoon. The staff didn't seem friendly, but I didn't bother me, until on Saturdat night. On Saturday there was a wedding event going on the grass area. At 11:40pm, I called reception and I asked what time the party was going to end because my family and I need it to sleep. I informed him that I needed to wake up early. He told me that the party was ending at 2am. He told me that there was a notice about this event at the lobby and in my room. He was really rude and seem bother. I never received a notification. Also, the windows are not noise proof. It was literaly like I was outside in the party. I wish I would have known about this event at the time I booked this hotel. I'm not staying at this hotel ever again.
