“I was a little skeptical of how the comfortable the unit was going to be and I was very pleasantly surprised of how well it was furnished and laid out. Beds were amazing, slept like a log! Nothing like falling asleep to the sound of a flowing creek. More than enough room for 4 people and definitely enough for a family! They though of it all, hammocks, bbq grills, chairs, picnic tables! "The location is excellent, right in the center of the Riverwalk, which is very convenient, but the service was terrible. I booked a room with two beds, but they gave me a room with only one king-size bed. We stayed for three nights, and on the first night, the water pressure was extremely low, making it almost impossible to shower. We reported the issue to customer service the next day, but the repair attempt was ineffective. We reported the problem again that evening, and only after making three phone calls after midnight did they finally address the issue. Although the water pressure improved slightly, it was still not satisfactory. We requested to change rooms, but they said all rooms were full, even though I clearly saw many available rooms on their online platform. I am a loyal Hyatt customer, and this experience was truly disappointing!"
