“Very clean the guest book on the coffee table had clear instructions for check-in and checkout procedures. The air-conditioning was on point and it was very quiet located in a nice neighborhood very much. Enjoyed the stay would stay again.”

“It was cheap and clean, but had issues... The "smart TV" was stupid and didn't work, even after they tried to fix it and then didn't replace it like they said they would. HVAC didn't work. Lucky it was not too cold out. Told owners about the problems, didn't seem to matter. Was not offered any comp to make up for the issues. Would not stay here again.”

“Easy check in process. Comfortable bed. It was really hot the day we stayed, but the AC worked great. Would have liked to have had an ottoman for the sofa, and black out curtains in the bedroom area as the outside lights are bright. Other than that, it was a nice apartment in a convenient location at a reasonable price. Would consider staying again in the future when traveling through the area.”

“This was a very family friendly place to stay, it was a last minute booking and the host communicated all the details on check in. The kitchen was well stocked and we used it to cook dinner which was really nice after our long trip was nice to sit down at a table and eat with the family”

“Our stay in CdA for our country's Semiquincentennial birthday was wonderful. There was lots of room for our family of 5 plus our little dog. The location was great as well, just under a mile walk to downtown. We have zero complaints about the property except that a few of the doorknobs are seeing their age. The doorknob to the back patio came apart as we opened the door on our last full day there. I put it back together as best I could without a screwdriver at the time. The bathroom doorknobs...

“Enjoyed our stay! Property is centrally located in a pleasant neighborhood. We loved the hot tub and found the beds to be comfortable. While we are not super fans, the Harry Potter motif and little details throughout the residence were fun to discover. Kitchen had all we needed throughout our stay. Saw wild turkeys on a walk through the neighborhood”
