It’s a little removed from the downtown bustle but very close driving distance (less than a few miles) to everything we wanted. We were able to hike, paddle board on the lake as well as have easy access to a variety of restaurants and the highway. The room is on the smaller side, but the bathroom was sizeable and it was nice having a mini "kitchenette" portion with a fridge, microwave, and cutlery if needed.
