“The website is deceptive. The two hot tubs were not being heated Monday through Friday. The room stayed 75 degrees, despite turning the temperature down to 64 on the ancient HVAC unit in the room. Even opening the window, the room stayed hot. The property was staff less. So, no option of a speedy fix. For a spa, it’s not comfortable ”

“We loved the place for what it was. Small rooms with great decor. Walking distance from where we needed to go. We will definitely keep this place in our thoughts again.”

“The amenities were just what I needed and close to downtown. I was walking distance from everything I needed. The facility was clean and staff were accommodating. ”

“My wife and I have been using rentals at Lantern Lodge, formerly Residences at Biltmore, since they opened. This was a top a notch rental property. But it's amazing how some rentals are being neglected. Every time we go back now the rental provided to us lack updates. On this particular visit there were new TVs. There was a large space after closing the door which made you feel unsafe. The easy chair and ottoman needs to be thrown out. It was so nasty, we wouldn't dare sit on them and the sofa……

“Very good for the price! Full hot breakfast, very convenient parking. Anything you need near by and a lot within walking distance. We were surprised to see a full mexican restaurant entrance from the hotel lobby! We enjoyed late night drinks and chips and queso. ”
