Very nice holiday home on fantastic secluded plot

The house of about 33 sqm and large glazed porch + smaller house of 15 sqm is located on a plot of 2440 sqm with high and sunny location.

Kitchen with small dining area, family room with soapstone fireplace and nice glazed porch with dining area and a large glazed outdoor space. Summer water from Lake Mälaren with water heater. Drinking water will be available in the house.

In 15 sqm detached house there is a double bed and odorless Separett toilet. Outdoor shower with hot water in charming mini-house. Lake Mälaren within easy distance 200-250 meters with access to 3-4 beaches in different directions. There is also a storage building and a simpler garage on the plot.

Schöne, romantische Bleibe, mit einfacher Ausstattung
Es waren zwei einfache, aber gemütliche Häuser und ein traumhaftes Grundstück.Unser vierjähriger Sohn hatte draußen auf dem Gelände viel Spaß und wir konnten bei sonnigem Wetter auch draußen entspannt frühstücken oder Abendbrot essen.

Smultronställe :)
Spenderade ett par dagar med familjen i Torshälla huvud. Lugnt och stillsamt område med gångavstånd till olika badplatser. Charmig liten stuga som uppfyllde ens förväntningar och lite till. Väldigt trevlig värd och vi hade inget att klaga på. Rekommenderar att testa och ännu bättre ifall ni kan pricka in Soldagar :)

Stugvistelse i fint område nära vatten
Stora stugan tillsammans med lillstuga där även toalett finns sk separett ligger fint i närheten av det mysiga samhället Torshälla. Det är nära till ett par badplatser vilket är härligt då det är badväder och husområdet är trevligt. Dock var det inte städat eller iordninggjort när vi kom dit, fick börja med att dammsuga bort spindelväv på väggar och i vrår. Samt flytta på möbler och grejer på den inglasade verandan för att kunna frigöra ett matbord att äta vid då vädret inte tillät utomhusmåltider. Det var dåligt tryck i utomhusduschen som är i skjul på tomten och den var full med löv samt skräp så inte den heller verkade förberedd för gäster. För den bohemiske gästen som inte bryr sig om ett städat eller iordninggjort boende samt låg standard med utedusch, hämt av dricksvatten på macken och ingen riktig toa samt gillar stora spindlar är detta boende säkerligen trevligt.

Genau das Richtige!
Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Das Haus ist einfach ausgestattet und befindet sich in schöner und ruhiger Lage. Die Nähe zum schönen See lädt zum Baden ein und auch sonst fühlt man sich in diesem kleinen Ferienort rund um wohl.
