“Family of 2adults/2 teens. From the start, rent a car. The speed limit in most of the areas we visited was no more than 30MPH. It was easy to learn how to drive on the left. The hotel does not provide a shuttle service and taxis are very expensive. Free onsite parking. Once there, nothing is walkable. You’ll spend about $9/person each way to get to the charlotte Amalie area. I was hesitant to book because many reviews said the staff were rude. This is completely untrue! We got there early and……

“We stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage, and we thought the rooms looked very nice. We had an issue with the cottage being warm most of the night as well as the TV not working properly. We reached out to staff, and they didn’t contact us until the next morning, which is when we were leaving. When we vacation, our non-negotiables are clean, comfortable rooms, and unfortunately, the second item wasn’t met. “I’m saddened to write about this terrible experience with the Landmark Apartments. The communication with the host is terrible! I tried to reach them a week before the trip, a couple of days before the trip and then when I arrived in St Thomas. I finally got in touch with Ronita as we were pulling up to the apartments.
