“This was a wonderful property! It is definitely an older hotel- but that is the charm! The new owners are clearly taking loving care of it. In that district, everything is older, and it is very well maintained and clean. It is in a PERFECT location to talk to some great places to eat, shop, or get coffee. “I’m saddened to write about this terrible experience with the Landmark Apartments. The communication with the host is terrible! I tried to reach them a week before the trip, a couple of days before the trip and then when I arrived in St Thomas. I finally got in touch with Ronita as we were pulling up to the apartments. We were early and that’s when she told us about an early check in fee. Then the apartment was very dusty. The floors, the furniture, the fixtures everything. We were told that……

“This was my 53rd birthday trip and overall I was pleased. The views were nice . The hotel was tastefully decorated . The walk in shower was top tier. However there are a few things that could be improved upon. The check in process was smooth but the associate was not very welcoming or friendly. She in fact seemed irritated by my questions. Also usually I am asked do I need assistance with my bag. I had to ask. Unfortunately it took them so long my daughter ended up going back down to get them.……
