“Good morning, in trying to give you the biggest and fairest picture of this property, I would say that overall we had a pleasant trip. The staff is extremely friendly and quick to respond to any of your needs. We felt the hotel had charm and a beautiful view as promised. However, we also felt that the facility was very outdated and in need of many repairs. During our four day stay, we reassigned three different rooms due to various issues. The first room which is literally numbered number one is……

“Air conditioning kept the room cool Our room was clean and comfortable. And we had a great meal at the restaurant on site. They did not offer any items that you may need for sale water as such. We would stay again. Hotels pretty neat being so old. Staff was exceptional”

“This property is perfection. Convenient location, private rooms, great continental breakfast and evening cocktail included, amazing view, and a very high end vibe! I wouldn't consider going anywhere else when I return to St. Thomas.”

“I’m giving 5 stars for the restaurant staff for their stellar service and great food but 0 stars for the management staff. On the 2nd day we got a massive leak and maintenance said that that’s the room they having issues with leaks and they can’t fix it.The room also was very outdated with the tv only being able to stream YouTube. The biggest red flag they have is their complete lack of security presence during the night time. On one night while my kids were trying to sleep a couple of women……

“The bar staff, waiters, cleaning personnel and bell man were very friendly. The ladies at behind the main desk were not friendly and to be honest always acted like they were annoyed you were there.”

“There was much to be desired but that did not take away from the overall pleasant experience I’ve had while staying in the area. The hotel is located is situated in the capital which is a great and historic area with a nearby ferry, picturesque views, various activities and friendly, helpful locals. The staff is responsive, welcoming, kind and as helpful as can be.”
