“The space itself is beautiful and the view is amazing however- thereis a washer and dryer on the photos but no washer and dryer in the actual room or on the property, there is a television in the room however upon my children turning it on, it was completely broken-displaying a white screen with a huge black splotch and lines and there were stains on our bedsheets, in both bedrooms and on a pillowcase. Communication with the property owners was fast and reliable. We notified them of the stains……

“This hotel is walkable from the airport and has a few restaurants within walking distance as well. We were greeted with smiling faces and had complimentary lemon water upon arrival. The queen bed, ocean view room was fabulous. It had everything we needed and nothing extra. The air conditioning worked wonders. We had complimentary coffee in the room and in the lobby, along with muffins for breakfast. ”

“We really wanted to love everything about this place, but the service is the worst that I have ever experienced at any hotel! They did a great job with the branding and marketing but unfortunately the experience does not live up to the expectation. The staff seemed like they really didn’t want to be there and the food was terrible at all of the restaurants. “I recently stayed at Margaritaville Vacation Club – St. Thomas (May 19–20) with my husband, and the experience was mixed. We received a warm welcome, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, featuring a king bed, sofa bed, kitchen, and nice bathroom. “The king size bed in the room was old with the hump in the middle. The room housekeeping was erratic, a couple of days no housekeeping, a few once a day and a few twice a day. Cleaning of the room was superficial, no cleaning of patio. We did not use the spa.The fittness room was nice but the steam room is at the spa.”
