The staff looked like they were miserable. No smiles, vaping right outside the entrance. Ice machines did not work. Water all over the bathroom floor due to leak.One could easily hear the other guests' toilets and showers. The breakfast food was good but we will not come back.

We have stayed here several times and I think it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The river view and park are exceptional! The front desk staff are always excellent as well. Our dogs stayed for free :) That is not the case anymore at most La Quinta Inn's. We always booked La Quinta because of our two small dogs. As we drive back and forth to Arizona, California and Oregon. We would drive out of our way to get to them. Now most are asking for $25 EACH PET for one overnight stay. We look elsewhere because of the high price and the hotel is no better than before. I really love the one in Eugene!

This was a great location for the show we just went to . A quick 5 minute walk . Parking kind of sucked but thankfully they found a spot for our car . Staff was great . The beds were comfortable. If you need extra pillows and there is an event , bring extras with you .

Its the Eugene area so expect to have homeless camps around the property- there were several run down RVs along the roadway outside the hotel. Parking is minimal and not a huge lot. Hotel itself was nice, but would've liked to have lotion in the bathroom. Would stay here again

This hotel was wonderful! We used the pool and hot tub at this location and it was the warmest pool we have been in. Even after using the hot tub and jumping back into the pool, it was warm. We loved it! Thank you.

The staff was extremely courteous & efficient. There was a fantastic park across the street where we could walk our dogs. The room was spotless; the only nitpick was jt was a bit dark - could have used a bit more light/1 more lamp in the area that was NOT around the beds. But the beds were very comfortable - everyone feel asleep right away & slept through the nignt. A nice breakfast was provided also. The gym was clean but the equipment could use a little updating as it wasn’t that great. It looked good, but when it came to usage it was just meh.

The property and staff were great. There needed to be some maintenance. Only one ice maker on the first floor worked and the elevator stopped working during our stay. But everything else was amazing.

It was repaired the same day, and we were happy to place guests in rooms on the main floor if they wished. Our staff monitored the hot tub at all times and did not register a cooler than the set of 103 degrees when we checked manually. We hope you will return to enjoy a better experience at our hotel. Please feel free to call ahead and ask about larger vehicle parking spaces.

The room was not good, mold on ceiling, as well as pinky mold on the bathtub tile, dead bug in the window seal, ripped curtains, a chair that I wouldn't dare sit on because it was stained, blood on the light stitch and plug in right by the bed and bloody boggers wipped on the wall. Dirty walls, towels that smelt like vinegar and a pee smell that come through the air system early in the am and it just didn't feel clean

Checked in with our teenage girl for Oregon Relays. She turned on the TV and pornography was on the tv(seriously bad). There was still candy wrappers in the room but that took a back seat to the tv !!

Beautiful view of the river and park. The people that worked there were very nice and friendly. Did not take advantage of the gym and indoor pool and jacuzzi but would have had the stay been longer. The room was clean and adequate for a one night stay. I would suggest they put a towel storage rack in the bathroom above the toilet for those of us who forget to grab a towel before taking a shower (they are stored under the sink outside the door).

The swimming pool and the hot tub was wonderful. the Clorine. was way to strong. They could use a lot less. It burn my eyes and it was hard on my breathing.at 65 yr old . I in joy the hot tube a lot . And Cats are welcome as well

All was great until we woke up and there were ants crawling all over on the desk and in the bathroom with a few in the bed. They need to hire someone to handle the issue hopefully fast as that's unacceptable.

The rooms are not at all sound proof. I was woke up by simply walking on the floor above me. The building design in ineffective, not allowing its customers to sleep soundly. No parking for moving truck in the parking lot. My tub was not draining well. I had to take a shower with 6" of water in the tub.
