“Would not recommend this hotel”

“I called to verify their pool was open and they said yes. When we arrived the pool was closed and had dirt. I told them I asked for a redund and they said I would stil get charged 1 days worth so I decided to stay but the main reqson for renting the room was so that my family could use the pool. The pictures online were not at all how the hotel was. Thw elevator made serious noises and I was cery disappointed at the false advertising.”

“Management Chaos and Extremely Poor Service (Stayed 12/26-12/27) My stay from 12/26 to 12/27 was highly disappointing due to inconsistent management and unprofessional staff. Upon arriving late after a long road trip, the front desk was disorganized and even asked if I had "already checked in," causing a 15-minute delay for no reason. I had specifically pre-purchased breakfast and confirmed the hours with the front desk, who stated it ended at 10:30 AM. However, when I arrived with my family……

“I use Holiday Inn Express and Suites whenever I travel between CA and NC twice each year. I really do not like leaving negative reviews, but Abilene is consistently higher priced than the other cities I stay in (Tucson and Tuscaloosa) and the hotel is never as clean and up to date. You deserve to know if you are planning a stay here.”

“Clean but pool was under construction and I wasn't allowed to get my money back to change hotels because I went through Expedia. Only reason I picked this hotel was because of the pictures of the pool and my kids couldn't use it.”

“Excellent hotel. Best in Abilene, and we looked at several options while in town. Clean hotel, clean rooms, easy parking, helpful staff. Everything in Abilene is overpriced right now due to multiple AI data center build outs. However this hotel came closest to validating the sky high Abilene room rates. Would highly recommend.”

“The staff was very nice, friendly, and always helpful. The suite we stayed in for 7 days was very spacious . The beds and sheets were clean the kitchenette appliances and walls area could have used some cleaning up and wiping down . The walls in the kitchen area needs to be wiped down along with the walls in the restroom. The hotels is well lit and close to lots of restaurants, gas stations and Walmart .
