Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great House with Great Views!
The pics of the views from this house do not do it justice—the views from the balcony were outstanding! This house has more than enough room for a large group. The beds were comfortable, the owner provided ample towels, the kitchen was wel-stocked, and the house was clean. The location is perfect for enjoying Eureka Springs, and Silver Dollar City and Branson are an easy day trip (one-hour drive). The driveway is steep, but as other reviewers stated, it takes only a time or two to get comfortable with it. Overall, this is a great house, and we would definitely stay again!

Fabulous view, house was newly renovated, very clean.
The only negative for this property is a very steep, windy, long driveway. We got used to it after a couple of days. The view and the house being newly renovated and very clean, excellent layout outweigh this negative.

This place is Amazing!
We loved our stay here! It was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and the beds were so comfortable! Beautiful view from back patio! The driveway is a bit steep, but we got used to it and it was not a problem! We stayed beyond our initial check out date. The area is beautiful! We were sad to leave. It was our home away from home for 7 nights. The owners were quick to respond to any requests and this home is well equipped with everything you need. ❤️. We hope to return often. Thank you for such a wonderful week in such a beautiful home!
