“Stay was excellent. James and Lorraine were so accommodating with everything and very responsive to all inquiries. James set us up with a friend on a boat tour and even arranged transportation to/from the airport. Great hosts.”

“Owner Valerie is super friendly and helpful, welcoming pup Bridget and her newly adopted pup Trever made our stay even more fun. We have access to kayaking to Mariah key which was the absolutely stunning experience we ever had - we were there almost every day!. The cottage is clean and is equipped with daily needs. Regular size refrigerator and good water pressure for shower. The area is so quiet and serene. Prepare for no seeum bites in evening and morning! We had a fantastic time at Exuma……

“This was a perfect location to explore the island. We loved the screened porch! This place was very spacious, air conditioning worked well, bed was comfy. There were coolers, chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas to borrow which was so great. The unit was clean and the gal that greeted us upon arrival, Chrissy, was friendly and helpful. She gave us her number and responded quickly when we asked for some local restaurant spots. We would 100% stay here again!”

“I COULD GO ON AND ON, WE ENJOYED OUR STAY AT THATCH BAY COTTAGE MORE THAT I EVER DREAMED WE WOULD. OUR FIRST TRIP TO EXUMA AND IT WILL NOT BE OUR LAST. IT WAS JUST MY HUSBAND AND I. THE HOUSE WAS GORGEOUS, WE ENJOYED THE PORCH SO MUCH, THE BEACH WAS GREAT, WE SNORKLED AND FOUND SEVERAL STAR FISH RIGHT OUT OUR BACK DOOR, WALKED THE BEACH MANY TIMES, THE MOST BEAUTIFUL SUN RISES, THE HOUSE WAS VERY WELL FURNISHED, THE OWNERS HAVE THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING, IF YOU NEED IT, THEY'VE GOT IT THERE FOR YOU……

“This is a great place to stay, the view is spectacular. The place was perfect. Only complaint we have was the hot tub, our first night it worked perfect at first went to get in the second time it had an electrical current going thru it, shocked us. It eventually quit working. The car was the most convenient and worth every penny! You have all the dishes you need and Seasonings! We loved it! We will be back within a few months to this same place! Dorothy was excellent answered all my questions……

“The house was very cozy and clean. Very nice position 5 min walk from the beach. Ocean is visible from the house. Kendanique is the host that everybody likes to have. She's very responding, very friendly and at the same time very professional. We stayed a week and everything was perfect. A little grocery store for the essential nearby. There is a bar on the beach. Highly recommended!!!! ”

“Our original rental cancelled on us with less than 48 hours' notice, so we scrambled and booked this property. Our family of three was very comfortable, and the beachfront location can't be beat. However, the road quality was very poor, and we did sadly get a flat tire (one of two during our short time on the island). The kitchen was very well stocked, but we did need to buy addtl. toilet paper and hand soap at the convenience store nearby. We were unable to get the TV to work and needed to dine……
