“It was the most seemless vacation I have ever taken. Shenifer was quick to respond with precise instructions and to answer any questions. The Villa is well furnished, clean, cold ac, and fast internet. You don’t have a view but who cares you can cross the street to hoopers bay and enjoy one of the most beautiful of Exuma beaches. There’s so many beautiful beaches in Exuma the last place you want to be in is a room. So pick one that’s clean and easy to get in and out of. This is it, you won’t……

“We had a fantastic stay in Exuma! Everything was exactly as described, and the property had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The kayaks were a great bonus, and we loved being able to enjoy the water right from the property.Our host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and responsive throughout our stay. “First time to the Bahama's and let me say Exuma did not disappoint. My family and I stayed for 5 nights. We loved the island, the people, and the beaches. The home was ok, but not exactly what we were looking for. A few things that would improve the stay. More comfortable mattresses, a functioning / clean hot tub or get rid of it, and a sliding door that feels secure at night and will lock properly when we you leave during the day. The tub shower did not drain good enough. Great location!……

“This was a perfect location to explore the island. We loved the screened porch! This place was very spacious, air conditioning worked well, bed was comfy. There were coolers, chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas to borrow which was so great. The unit was clean and the gal that greeted us upon arrival, Chrissy, was friendly and helpful. She gave us her number and responded quickly when we asked for some local restaurant spots. We would 100% stay here again!”

“I COULD GO ON AND ON, WE ENJOYED OUR STAY AT THATCH BAY COTTAGE MORE THAT I EVER DREAMED WE WOULD. OUR FIRST TRIP TO EXUMA AND IT WILL NOT BE OUR LAST. IT WAS JUST MY HUSBAND AND I. The view is beautiful and the screened in front porch is perfect. It was the perfect place for a great stay on Exuma. Will definitely be back!”
