“Legacy Beach Suites is new construction with several 2nd floor, 1b/1b units guest-ready. The first floor multi bedroom units are currently being completed. Owners live onsite and are very responsive, helpful, friendly, and just plain nice! The 1b/1b unit onsists of a front main room with living space and kitchen, followed by a bathroom, then the bedroom with spacious closet in the back. The kitchen is equipped with cooking and eating essentials (pots, pans, cups, plates utensils, etc.) as well……

“Came with my daughter and were very happy! Property was super clean and bed was comfortable. I liked that it was on a quieter side of the island. Tropic of Cancer and Exuma point beaches are close and lovely. ”

“We enjoyed our stay very much. The view is beautiful, it’s very quiet (I think we lucked out because there are two homes quite close). The home is nice and clean - very comfortable bed, plenty of towels (for beach too). Very spacious, nice shower. The negatives were - it’s quite a drive to get to Georgetown (45 min drive at least), there are several steps to get in the front door and several to get down to the beach, the kitchen could use some additional items as cooking is required as there……

“The house was cozy. However we had no hot water from the time we got there to when we left. The host seemed to care, and a maintenance person came by late evening, said he would be back the following morning. When we returned that afternoon, there was no hot water still. The message went unanswered, until late that night. Cold showers do not make for an enjoyable stay. The restaurant was not open while we were there, though it states 7 days a week, and there was visible termite activity on the……

“When we arrived at the property on a Wednesday, there wasn’t anybody else there. We did not “check in” as there wasn’t anyone on site. The door was unlocked and key on table. No problem. We actually loved the seclusion. We were very happy with overall time there. Definitely renting a car next time as it’s far from everything. We’ll get one with full size frig next time. 1 bedrooms only has a small frig. I did get bit by sand fleas and am still itching a week later, but know now I should have……
