“We had an amazing time staying at the Osprey! It was a 30-second walk to the gorgeous Tropic of Cancer beach! The property was perfect for a family of 4 like us and had beach towels/chairs, dishes, and ice in the freezer for us! It was right next to what became our favorite eating/drinking spot on the beach - Brea’s place. Richard and Shauna were super responsive and quickly answered any questions about the property and the island. 10/10 experience! Would definitely stay here again when we’re……

“First time in Exumas and we loved it! The Villa was Perfect for us. Great location, with great amenities, this place had everything one could ask for. Our hosts Michael and Roseanne were AMAZING. Very helpful and responsive, they truly made our vacation special. The best Hosts we have ever encountered or imagined! ”

“Exuma Dreamin was everything we hoped it would be and more. The house was nice and clean with amazing views from the many porches. We swam with sea turtles and touched starfish right off the dock. The house was steps away from the Rusty Anchor restaurant, pool, and beach. We loved it and hope to return!”

“Overall- a very good experience at the Nice Villa. Beautiful view, amazing access to February Point amenities and close to Georgetown for dining and food shopping. But things that weren’t mentioned in other reviews was that the furniture in the living area is a bit tired and the home is clean butdusty- needs a good deep cleaning. Property manager was not as responsive as we would have liked but everything went smoothly at check in- just felt like an inconvenience with any small questions and……

“The Mandarin House was perfect for our family of 9. Plenty of room to spread out and have our own space. The house had everything you would need for a great time in Exuma. Kitchen was well appointed with anything you might need for cooking meals. The generator was great for power outages. Filtered water available. Loved the pool and dock for boat we rented from Drex. He was great to work with. Monica and Jonas were great host and always responded quickly to any questions.”

“We had a wonderful stay in Exuma and we will be back. The property is as advertised. Stunning views of the water and islands/cays in the distance! Fantastic sunsets! Unfortunately for us, we had several days of rain. Having the kayaks and paddleboards were a boon. Husband and brother-in-law took them to the blue hole nearby. ”

“Our stay at the duplex was a good choice for our party of four. Waking up every morning to a beautiful view of the harbor is a great start to the day. The location is convenient to exploring both the north and south parts of the island and getting supplies from town. The home itself has nice indoor or outdoor gathering spaces and the neighborhood is well maintained as are the amenities. No complaints :)”
