"The hotel was average. Very COLD when we got in. No heat on to welcome us, so we had to wait awhile for the room to feel warm. Not what we expected when we came in from cold, wet, 30\* temps. Front desk man was very grumpy, giant dog treats, but tiny jolly ranchers for guests. Guess Dogs are more important than people. Bed was very comfy, tiny bathroom. Breakfast ok. Nothing to write home about! The price I locked in for was not honored. Again, man at front desk was Non Apologetic. Will likely not stay there again for the price. :( it was just ok. Put off by management. They could have been more kind and and accommodating! Not very service oriented. Could use some better social skills. Expected better for the price. "
