"The smoke alarm started chirping at 4:00 a.m.—this should have been checked so that this doesn’t happen to hotel guests. Although bed was comfortable, chair in room needed to be replaced as was old and worn."

"Everything was clean and tidy, excellent staff. Elevator is out of service. We were in room 102 a handicap room. The shower hose is broken, the hose holder is broken, when you take a shower the hose will flood the floor, need to have a connection to put the shower head facing the sides of the shower to prevent as much flooding. Also the exit door is difficult to use for a person using a wheelchair. Also would recommend a bench in the shower for someone disabled."

"The building shows its sign of disrepair. There was no kitchen. We opened the sofa bed and both sides were stained so badly, it was disgusting. The towels and sheets had stains and or were worn through. The conditioner was out and never replaced. My bedside light didnt work and everytime we wanted to get in our room, we had to go to the front desk to be re-keyed. The midnight staff was not friendly and acted like it was a huge imposition when we asked for sheets and pillow for sofa bed. Unfortunately we had a nonrefundable 3 day stay. Never again!"
