"Lofn" is a 1Br 1Ba located on Market Square,Middle of Everything

Comfortable one bedroom one bath apartment with a fold out queen sofa. Relax and read, or hit the town. Located on Market Square with two entrances, one on the Square and one on the street with an elevator to go to your apartment. Very secure.
Excellent location overlooking the Market Square Stage in downtown Knoxville.
You can exit directly onto the pedestrian only Square to visit award winning restaurants and local shops, or use the Wall Ave. entrance to gain access to the elevator.
University of Tennessee, Theater District, Gay St., Old City, Worlds Fair Site, History Museum, Convention Center are all within close walking distance...
You can park once and never need you vehicle until you leave.
Farmers Market on the Square every Wed and Sat throughout spring and autumn. Along with music on select Tuesday and Thursday nights.
Walking distance also to the new Stadium for baseball and soccer.
Please be aware that this location is in the center of the city.
It is a very lively entertainment district and it is where people to go and have fun all day and sometimes into the night.
We cannot control the noise from outside, although we do supply fans and earplugs.
If you need it absolute quiet at night, this may not be the location for you.

If you can gather all trash, that would be great. If staying weekly, please let us know and we can dispose or there is a recycle and trash station to the right as you exit onto the Wall Ave entrance.

Loved the loft. Small but adequate space. Perfect location. Felt super safe! The farmers market on Wednesday and Saturday was nice addition to restaurants in Market Square. Minor suggestions: add mirror in bedroom and provide knives beyond butter knives.

The place was easy to find with the directions given. Couple minor issues with the cleanliness but the owner resolved quickly. Plenty of towels and blankets. Other people mentioned about noise but I honestly barely noticed it and we stayed Thursday - Sunday. Didn't need the earplugs that were supplied. The location was perfect didn't need to use our car until we left. Will try to stay again next time we are in Knoxville.

I always love staying downtown Knoxville. The apartment is located right in Market Square, so an easy walk to everything. If the outside downtown noise bothers you, there are disposable earplugs provided. All the necessities are provided and everything was clean and neat.

Great place to get to Know Knoxville

This place was great. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Very clean very close to everything. Parked car in parking garage and left it until we left. Everything was within walking range. Would highly recommend. Will definitely try to stay there again when we come back.

Can't say enough good things, stay here. Yeah, great unit that is well equipped with everything you need. The big plus is the location, we walked everywhere. We had a great time, and we would stay again. Highly recommend.

Tennessee Adventure

This is the perfect location for a visit to the Knoxville area. Convenient location close to restaurants, shopping, the Smokey mountains and the college campus. We always stay here when we are visiting the area.

This was our second stay at Lofn and it worked out perfectly. The unit is clean, comfortable and just as described. The location is ideal - close to restaurants and shops, and walking distance to campus. I really appreciate the amenities provided. We will definitely continue to stay here in the future!
