We booked a suite and loved it! Clean room, plenty of room, tv in bedroom and living areas, comfortable beds, friendly staff, and hot breakfast offered. Reasonably priced. We travel frequently to visit family and will make this our regular place to stay.

Check in was easy and the person checking me in was friendly. The breakfast was simple and staff was more than happy and friendly to let you know what they have. My room was clean and quiet. First time I’ve used Sleep Inn but read previous reviews and everything was positive so that’s why I booked here. This location ended up being close to my son so it was another plus. If needed I would definitely stay here again.

There was strong unpleasant odor in the room and my wife couldn’t stand the odor, therefore she couldn’t go asleep almost whole night. We will not choose Sleep Inn in the future.

Great customer service. Clean room overall however avoid rooms near the exits as there aren't soundproof and you will hear the door slammed every time someone gets in or out.

Came for my daughter graduation and this hotel was more than I expected it to be. It was clean which is important to me. The breakfast was good. Staff was awesome throughout the place. Will stay here again if im ever in fayetteville.

The beds and linen were clean. Bathroom could have been cleaned better. Pull out sofa mattress was awful. You could feel the springs as you lay on it. Sofa cushions were very dirty. Wouldn’t allow the kids to sit on it. Doors to the bedroom were not fixed on properly and very hard to close—the noise to close woke everyone when I needed bathroom middle of the night. I called and asked if they provided a crib, or pack and play and was told yes. When I arrived there was an actual cribbed left outside my door, I was very pleasantly surprised by them delivering it and offering me sheets for it. Most hotels when you ask they just hand you a pack n play. My baby slept very comfortably. Friendly receptionist

Not an easy customer to please
Very clean and pleasant-smelling room. The room was cleaned daily. The front desk receptionists were nice, gave the greeting of the day when I walked in. Breakfast was decent, the scrambled eggs were a little watery though. Unless I missed it, no ice machine on the second floor. Short and easy route to Fort Liberty, less than 15 minutes. I definitely will return on future trips to Fort Liberty.

The staff was so friendly. The breakfast was delicious. Bed was comfortable. We didn’t ask, but was thankful for a whole room cleaning service on the our second day.

Hotel is at a very convenient location. There is plenty of parking & places to visit within 10 min drive and its off the high way so its easy to get on and off to go where ever you want. For the most part clean but didn't the strong smell of cigarettes on the hall ways.

All staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was decent, waffles, eggs, bacon, etc. The location of the hotel was convenient; close to Fort Liberty and numerous stores and restaurants. The facility itself was clean and updated. Overall great stay for our short trip
