“We were happy about this very welcoming place, where we enjoyed the room setting with its warm but modern wood furniture with a luxury bathroom and an extra sink in the little kitchenette area. Our dog was welcomed by the staff too .
The pool and hot tub were excellent for relaxation in the atrium setting.”

“I have stayed in this hotel during both the winter and summer seasons, and let me say that I would come back here every time I visit Fernie BC.
The staff is always extremely welcoming and friendly. Frederica (apologies if the spelling is incorrect) was very helpful and very friendly. With a big smile on her face she told me all the summer activities that were happening during my stay.

“Very easy checking/out. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Amazing toiletries (hand soap/body wash/ shampoo).
Only one negative - the toilet was hard to flush. The floater was bent so that the tank only filled half way. Told the staff as I left and they were thankful for the info.
Overall would stay again.”
