"Dated hotel in need of some upgrades, but overall the room was clean and comfortable. Only there for 1 night, so we didn't do much except sleep. Breakfast was OK, but not great. Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, and no meat choices. They is the only other thing I could have asked for. Otherwise a, good, clean stay and good value for the money."
Group Vacation Spot with Private Beach Access, Pool, Hot Tub, and Indoor Slides

"It was great place to stay for a large family get together. Our grandkids had so much fun playing in that slide together! We had 12 adults and 16 children and all fit comfortably. A very well thought out design, just a beautiful home. When I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and comfy it felt. The kitchen had just about everything you could ask for. We enjoyed the access to the pool and hot tub and work out room, as well as the private beach. The backyard was great to play yard games and the back patio was fun to sit and watch the thunderstorms roll in. Again, the slide was a big hit for both children and adults :) It would have been nice to have been provided more trash bags and some cleaning supplies and toiletries, or let us know that we need to bring extra of those things. Other than that, the house was amazing."

"It worked for us . When I was signing up for the property, Because of the way the pictures were presented, I thought the club house was where we were staying. I was disappointed when I realized that wasn’t the case. But with the pools and hot tub and also the beach, we all had a really good time. All in all we had an enjoyed time there and. Would rent it again."

"This place was perfect for our family reunion! We were thrilled with the spacious eating area, living room, deck, and back patio. The kitchen had enough cooking facilities and refrigerators to feed our huge group. The area in front of the house had parking for tons of cars, which was very needed. We enjoyed the pool, the pickleball court, kids play area, and big fire pit. A couple things to note: There are no supplies for the showers like soap or shampoo. That was a surprise for us. Also, the big living area has a lot of echo. It was extremely loud for our whole group, so it was nice to take some conversations outside. I wish they had some sound paneling. Lastly, there is just one bathroom for each of the huge bedrooms. I thought there would be multiple toilet/shower areas, but it's just one per room. We made it work, but it can get crowded. Overall, I would recommend."
Luxury Family Reunion Vacation Home with Magnificent Lake Views & Private Beach

"We housed a wedding couples immediate family at the house and had a wedding ceremony and reception in the yard overlooking Bear Lake. The house, grounds, other facilities (club house, beach access) were exactly as described and perfect for our stay. The house was thoughtfully well stocked and worked out great. I would highly recommend."
