"Ok listen. This hotel was an experience. I'm not gonna sugar coat it. This Hotel is going through a rough time. The pool was under renovation some rooms smelled like sweat, and smoke, but the room I stayed in wasn't horrible. The A/C kept the room cold, and the beds were comfortable. Let's face the music though this sweet little hotel has fallen on hard times. It doesn't have the traffic to help it get where it needs to be, or enough help to maintain a pristine condition, however, the heart is there. I was looking for a ridiculously cheap hotel just to stay a couple nights and this one worked perfectly. I didn't need a lot of amenities, or a huge crowd of people to be there when i was, and this hotel delivered. The staff were all friendly and willing to help with any and all problems. So if you're looking for a quiet, inexpensive place to stay for a couple of nights that is in the perfect spot to travel to anywhere in Johnson City, this is the perfect hotel. 😀"
