Melissa and her team were instrumental in addressing any and all issues ( 2 TBH) that we had during our stay in a PROMPT & COURTEOUS manner. Only issue/concern for prospective guests, driveway is very steep and once at the top you have parking space for 3 vehicles at most, and that will be a tight fit. “My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect for the two of us. It was cozy, clean, and convenient to fish spring marina( like 4 min) , and it’s definitely private. Only suggestion I have is add some mixing bowls. We cooked our own dinner, but had no bowls to put things in… ( unless I missed it?) “This was the perfect place for our family getaway. Perched on the top of a mountain with an amazing view. The place was clean and comfortable and felt like a home away from home. The whole experience was smooth and top notch. Everyone was so happy and impressed with this spot. It was so close to Asheville, we were able to go into the city for some of the time and explore.
