“We really appreciated the cabin and the great service from the staff. Wilmer, that lived very close to the cabin, was always helpful and attentive. It was easy and fast communication with the staff on WhatsApp when we ordered take away food or a tuk tuk to go downtown. The fridge had complementary breakfast that we could cook in the small kitchenette. The view from the cabin towards the “stone” (La Piedra Del Pañol) was amazing. “The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated. A few days before arrival, I was told to call a number or go to a building that wasn’t clearly identifiable on Google Maps and wasn’t actually opposite the bus terminal as stated. On the day, I then received multiple WhatsApp messages about collecting the keys—difficult to manage without mobile data, meaning I had to find WiFi just to check in. On arrival, the floors had clearly just been mopped and were still wet, leaving footprints……

No obstante, al estar en via principal lleva ruido en la noche y madrugada (carros, motos, trafico, personas, etc).
