“We did not get our room available to check in tell 8:45 pm at night, when having reservations for 5 months. This ruined our entire stay. The motel staff never once apologized rather made it ok to comp our room. We were on motorcycles for a weekend getaway that because of poor management our trip was definitely affected. We checked in at 1:00 pm, our room should have been cleaned right away. To not have a guest room available to 8:45pm at night, The least that could be done is the room free. This……
