Lovely place to stay. Clean and friendly staff

Not a very nice hotel. Staff was rude. We were asked to bring back dirty towels to get a clean towel. When we brought them back the staff counted them before giving us the same amount of clean towels. Questioned my partner about how many she brought back and refused to bring up a clean towel in exchange for a dirty towel. Very strange experience. We had fun because we didn't stay in the hotel hardly at all.

We've stayed at Sentential several times over the years and never tire of the stately architecture and level of original construction quality. Service is always good to excellent, though few will appreciate the additional $65 per day cost associated with valet parking (the nearest public parking lot is subject to frequent break-ins) or the $29 per day charge for 'Guest Amenity Fee'. (FYI: On our last visit, the cost of valet parking for three days on the street outside the hotel totaled $295.95).

5 stars, and if we could go higher, we would! This was one of the best family stays we have had so far. The beach was so close, and the town had so many great things to see and experience. The location was perfect and central enough that we could visit other beaches during the day and still be back home the same evening. The hosts were incredibly kind, and the managing agency stayed connected the whole time, so we never had to wonder about anything. The neighbourhood was quiet, the home was beautiful, and every little detail was appreciated, even the sandcastle building toys! We are so grateful for such a beautiful trip. Well done. We will be back!
