Our initial room had some significant issues—the shower wasn’t working and the air vent was very noisy, which made it uncomfortable for my family. After raising our concerns, the team responded and moved us to a much better suite. We do appreciate the effort, though moving luggage with the family was not ideal, and we were left wondering why the better room wasn’t assigned from the start. Breakfast was okay but quite limited compared to other hotels. There wasn’t a menu, and we had to request items. The coffee and waffles were good, but options overall were minimal. We tried the biscuits and gravy (which seem popular), but it wasn’t to our taste. I requested an omelet, and while they kindly prepared it, it didn’t turn out great. In the end, we actually had to go out for a second breakfast to start our day properly. That said, I want to give special recognition to Eric, who genuinely tried his best to help and made a positive difference in our stay. Overall, the experience improved after the room change, and with some consistency in room readiness and breakfast quality, this place could be much better."
