“We were greeted by our contact person, Gail, who is friendly and personable. And a terrific artist as you will see when you are on the property. This is a very cute, fun and artsy apartment. We used the bedroom at the front of the house and found it roomy and the bed is very comfortable. The water pressure is outstanding and the hot water arrives almost instantly. The kitchen is fully stocked. Just bring your own food. We will definitely book a room here when we are near Winchester Bay again.”

“The view was absolutely stunning. The apartment was clean,and equipped. There could have been more towels, and they could have smelled fresh, not sour. “This is a lovely, restful place that was perfectly suited to our vacation. Very comfortable and spacious for our party of three, we especially enjoyed the amazing balcony view of the Ocean plus the easy and private beach access! We did have a slight issue with the property but it was resolved quickly with thoughtfulness and to our satisfaction. We are recommending this place to all our friends and family.
