Horrific stay!!! From arriving & having the doors closed, lights turned off.. no one working except a security.. once we spoke with him he went through paper work we had our names & confirmation done had PAID IN FULL but NO KEYS NO ROOM. Literally no ROOM! Going through All of this in the middle of the night with a small child!! after all of that they still couldn’t find our keys so we were put in a emergency room.. which we were woken up to loud noises & banging which seems to be from construction at 7am!!! about an hour or 2 after the office calls.. we have to move rooms again! With all of our stuff already in the room we had to by ourselves move everything from one side of the property to the complete other side! All way to the 3rd floor! With not one person from the hotel to help! When we finally went down to the pool we ordered food which my husband gets food poisoning from eating fish from The bar they have at the pool!!! That caused us to have to cancel our reservations at the restaurant we were going to celebrate my birthday!!! Completely ruined my birthday every single day!!! Imagine spending so much money on your birthday, driving over 5 hours to experience a horrific experience!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Hopefully someone can give me every penny back because this was the worst birthday ever thanks to HYATT VACATION CLUB AT BEACH HOUSE KEY WEST!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! BEWARE !!

The fact there was only one elevator was a bummer. We didnt find the luggage carrrier until well after we climbed all 52 stairs several times to bring all our belongings up. Our room was amazing and the view was so nice. I would definitely recommend staying here

Horrible experience, was on the 2nd floor, the noise from the room above us was unbearable, and all night. The front desk only said they will give them a courtesy call, but there is nothing they can do. We were with kids who couldn't sleep at all due to the noise, and it completely ruined the vacation. This hotel is designed like a cheap apartment building with zero privacy and noise control! Avoid at all costs! Its also out of the town and very inconvenient! I was expecting a lot from Hyatt and from reading other reviews!!

Rooms are well set up, clean, well appointed. Great to have 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom. Nice courtyard, great lanai. Location is quiet, but no shuttle to downtown area and dining is very limited - just a tiki bar & food truck. Waterfront is very boring. Checkout is 10AM which is too early. Housekeeping stood there waiting as of 9:50 AM - annoying and stressful. This place is OK but not great value for what they charge.

Pros: Our room was clean and well-appointed. The staff was friendly and informed of various things we could do on the island. Cons: The facility's late checkout is 10am which isn't convenient for the late afternoon and evening flights. In hindsight I would have scheduled an earlier flight out, however, we made good use of the time by taking the hop-on/hop-off tour around the island until it was time to check in at the airport.

I’d have giving it 5 stars if we didn’t have to use the pull out bed. It could use some cleaning. Mattress was stained and the comforter used. It was very unappealing to use! Overall everything else was perfect.

We had a couple issues with our room and they were very quick at responding to and fixing the issues! Very nice place! Food at the Tiki hut by the pool was good! The cheeseburger was the tastiest I’ve ever had! The private “beach” is a little misleading! All in all a good stay!

Awesome Place!
It was simply amazing! Concierge was excellent and the property is beautiful. Our boys enjoyed fishing out of the dock right at the property itself, and the concierge helped us book our trip to see the dolphins and the sandbar. We just wish that there is a beach you can easily swim at within the property but you really can't find one in Key West. Hyatt Beachhouse has a very small beach area, and if you wear water shoes, you can at least go into the water. They also have sandy beach areas which makes you feel as if you're in the beach. They also have food onsite - they make great tacos and burgers, and drinks! Would go back in a heartbeat!

The customer servixe was HORRIBLE, I cannot explain it enough. Gave me the wrong address twice, did not help us up to our room like any other hotel would be. We paid $600.00 the night, which is not the issue, however, you would expect the customer service to match the price of what you're paying. I will NOT be coming back to this location.
