"It took 15 minutes to check in because the guy checking me into our room decided to pull out his cell phone and respond to a text in the middle of the process. The printer took forever to print the receipt so I had to wait for that, took another 2 min just for them to activate the room keys. The left elevator was not able to go to the 5th floor so only one elevator to our room for the length of the stay. The glass at the entrance was broken. At least our room seemed to be clean but the air...

"Very clean room, in a quiet area. Bed was pretty comfortable. Took a while for hot water to come out for the shower. I was on the third floor, so maybe that had something to do with it."

"When i first arrived i was a little nervous, once i spoke with the Staff that work there she made me feel comfortable i must say for this to be a motel it was very family Oriented my room was very clean No bugs my kids loved the swimming pool would definitely come back again, i would Recommend Mentor Inn Suites its a family setting Establishment. Great Job!!"

"I missed some energy saving awareness as the lights in the common area were on all day long. I believe that is no good way to show consciousness to the environment. Best regards Martina "
