Due to technical issues unbeknownst to us, the campground isn't actually open for another month. We found this out after booking, driving there, setting up our site, and sleeping one night. Explains why our site wasn't cleared or cleaned and no bathroom/shower/or waste facilities were available. But, we paid for 2 nights so we stayed for two nights.
All that being said, this was probably the best campsite I've ever stayed at. 4 stars only for lack of communication and no facilities at the time. The site itself is secluded, STUNNING, with a fire pit, BBQ grill, and picnic table. I would've stayed a week if I could, but having to drive into town for restrooms was annoying. 5 stars for the site, 4 stars for the campground.
