No cups, dishwasher was full, there were a bunch of drunks screaming and kepy us up all night. Alarms went off, some outlets didnt work. WAY TO EXPENSIVE

Absolutely wonderful property!! Staff super helpful and the room just gorgeous. The breakfast options were so plentiful with hot, cold and fresh to made mini waffle options. Would definitely stay here again and AGAIN!!

Everything was good. My only complaint if u can call it that was there was no bedding on or for the sofa bed. We had a room booked for 3 people and one needed that bed so we had to go down and get a pillow and used a blanket off the bed.

Overall decent stay
My family and I stayed 2 weekend nights. The room had a couple stains on the carpet. The bathroom sink was clogged and no one came to fix it even after we informed the front desk. The breakfast had no meat the first morning so we ate out. Besides those things, it was a decent stay.

I’ve always came here to stay my only problem this time there was a 30$ charge for something that didn’t get explained, and I left that place spotless… not sure if that extra charge and am waiting on a call back from someone

It was good. We arrived late--I called to confirm that we would be late, and Kristin at the front desk was great. I also liked that apparently there were some unruly guests, and the manager was right on it and taking care of it. That was comforting and reassuring as a guest.

Homey Residence-feel with Great Staff
This hotel was an amazing family experience. Very clean. Very nice front desk staff. Very homey feelings. It's truly named a "residence" hotel because of feeling like your residence. The pool was clean and warm. No hot tub. Breakfast was delicious, warm, and good variety. Nice fireplace in lobby. Hotel is huge!
