“This little place is excellent for a single person looking for me time or a couple seeking a cozy love nest. Someone commented on it being a garage and it's a noisy area. Although it's a remodeled garage, it was beautifully done! It's basically a studio apt, with your own entrance, back patio, parking and everything you need for a getaway. It's located in a somewhat busy area, so you do hear the flow of traffic and the occasional people who walk by from other areas, but at no point was I……

Truly a unique property. Our family of four (kids shared one of the two beds) were very comfortable and agreed that this was our favorite place to stay while on vacation in Colorado. The space was clean and conveniently located by all the shops. Food and fun at your fingertips. Red Dog coffee around the corner was the best! We came for the Emma coffin races and had a blast! ”
