“The cottage was so cute and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. They have spices and other things you need for cooking, as well as a gas grill and tools. The location was perfect for everything I wanted to see in the Pikes Peak area as well as historic downtown. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. I would love to stay there again!”

“I came to this property with 8 other guests for my birthday. The property was very clean when we arrived and large enough for all of us. The game room was so much fun and had so many activities to do. So even with as many people as we had, everyone was able to play and join in. Rooms were large with plenty of closet space and the sofa couch was comfortable. The property is connected to an other house but separated by a garage so we didn’t hear the neighbors. The driveway was big enough to fit……

“The tiny house concept is cute. Not very functional. The bed was just a full size. No room to get in and out on both sides of the bed. Shower was very small and cramped. Parking is on the street quite a ways from the cottage. There was a note about the “sensitive” sewer system. We didn’t have any issues but we’re always aware there might be a problem. No extra bedding. For those 60 and over this is not an ideal place to stay. On the positive side the kitchen was fully stocked as if they expect……
