Great set up close to yellowtail dam
The house setup was perfect for a few groups of friends and their families. Inside has a great layout with plenty of room for everyone. Yard is fenced and lots of room, although mowing and outside maintenance could be improved.

Communication with owner was very easy and prompt. Well stocked kitchen, good layout for our family, enjoyed the backyard, and it was a quick drive to and from the lake. I would stay here again.

perfect for a group going fishing
The property worked great for us. We had 9 friends that fished below the yellowtail dam. We were not expecting the deck to be our main hangout, but it was a perfect place in the evening. The layout of the house is great and the kitchen is perfect for a group. There is a total of 7 beds so we had to have a couple of people sleep on the couches. The locatios is across the street from the fly shop and a very short distance from the put in below yellow tail dam. This worked perfect for us. We had a couple of questions for the host and communication was great. We got a proactive note from the host with information about an appliance that allowed us to plan accordingly. Would definitely recommend

This place is great for a larger group. We had 8 people, and we all had a good bed. Very well stocked with everything your own house would have. Has a rustic charm and hunters/fishers will appreciate the decor. Lots of parking and outside gathering spots.
