The breakfast was satisfactory but monotonous daily. The property's condition was acceptable; however, it needs renovation, and the carpet on the stairs was significantly soiled.

Outside building was attractive. Breakfast was good. It should include everyone in the room. Room was very nice size with plenty of room. I like it had washer and dryers to do laundry. Air conditioning in our room did not work.

Our room was hot during the night even with the air unit running. We could hear noises from the hall and upstairs room. Room was clean and comfortable. Close the area attractions.

tub/shower had grip strips too far forward. I almost fell and hit my head when I got into the shower. The shower made a horrible banging noise that shook the wall where the shower head was. The toilet was so low that it was like I was a kindergarten classroom bathroom. Definitely not safe for older people trying to get up from the toilet

On street parking was concerning, staff was great, breakfast was great. My friend who had a different room had a soft bed but my husband and i had a rock hard bed. No hot water for the shower. Extremely small bathroom, small tv. Much need of a remodel. Oh and for the breakfast it says breakfast is covered by your room price, but what it doesnt say is its only for 2 people. So if traveling with more people in one room you have to pay for them.

When I made the reservation I asked for first floor because hotel doesn’t have an elevator. When the clerk checked me in, my room was second floor. She was very nice and corrected the problem.

This property is very conveniently located to a park, local dining spots, and the west entrance into Yellowstone. It is basic, but charming and clean. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and it was nice to see the same people each day of our stay. They all seem like they enjoy taking care of the property and keeping it running smooth.

It was a really great place. The only small problem a few flies managed to get into our room but were easily taken care of. Otherwise it was a fantastic place with good staff and nice rooms.

The rooms were large and clean. The beds however were uncomfortable and the doors outside of the rooms could be heard through the walls. The slamming of doors was loud enough to wake us up. The breakfast was good. Overall the stay was good and we had everything we needed. Unfortunately it didn’t appear the owners of the hotel chose to invest in sleep comfort.
