Had a nice pool area. The breakfast was adequate, mainly carbohydrate based. Boiled eggs and yougarts. Pleased with our 3 night stay.

This hotel looks great. Until you stay there. The windows act like they are dingle pane glass allowing all the road noise in your room. The floors and walls are not well insulated causing the noise level to be ridiculously loud. We weren’t able to sleep soundly. Very disappointed. Hilton properties are usually much better.

Great location for my needs. Checking in was a little irritating because I was sent to a room that wasn’t made up. Fixed on the 2nd try. Also on the first night, when I went to take a shower, there was no hot water. The second night was much better. Breakfast was good, convenient and had a nice variety of foods.

Issues with hot water? Had to let shower run for 5 minutes to start getting warm water. No frills in rooms. No coffee makers, no microwaves. no closet. beds were OK. no ice buckets. had to get one in lobby each time.

Really cozy and rather quiet!!!!! My wife and I seemingly were the only ones here with the exception of one other couple and a gentleman in the area for work. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again. Slim chicken is a good place to eat and it's only a mile up the road. Knowing that this is not a 4-5 star hotel presented some doubt initially. This location sits in between lower class hotels but there were no issues. That would be the only downfall. All things considered this was a great stay for the price !!

Staff was excellent. They were very kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, during our stay, they had a sewage or bathroom issue and the entire first floor smelled horrific the entire time.

Our room was way too small! We definitely did not expect to not have a closet. There was just enough room to maneuver to the bed. It was pretty crammed for two people with two large suitcases. Also, the breakfast left much to be desired. The bagels seemed old and they were very hard and there were no breakfast meats with only hard boiled eggs...

I'm a Tru fan
I have always loved the Tru hotels. I feel they are clean, efficient, the breakfast is decent and they have the best coffee for a hotel. It helps that they have little areas for entertainment.

Everything was great except for the morning guy putting out breakfast on 10/08/2023. He was very rude to a lady and was banging the breakfast stuff around like he was aggravated. All other staff were great.

This hotel was a very good choice to be as close to Destin without being in Destin. It's a very nice hotel and very clean. The only drawback is the area is a little sketchy and slightly run down but the days we have been here have been pretty quiet.

Staff was very friendly and professional. The bad is our room smelled like cigarette smoke and there was terrible humidity in the room. It left our clothes damp from the moisture. Lastly, the pool was dirty with cigarette butts, hair, dead bugs and dirt.

The breakfast was underwhelming. The bagels were so hard. I asked for a knife to cut them and the gentlemen at the desk said they didnt have one and "yes, they are kind of tough". Fine for a one nighter, however I won't be coming to stay here with my family again. We chose this hotel over others specifically because they said they had breakfast.... disappointed.

Not familiar with area, but we needed a place to stay. Having Hilton in its name we thought this would be a good hotel. It smelt like weed in the building and outside. Roaches everywhere, and there was a rough get together outside pool area when we showed up at 7 pm we didn’t allow our kids to go out side. Pretty rough stay and we were not pleased.

The place we stayed was dangerous with broken screen doors with rusted metal sticking out, weeds coming through patio that were four feet tall , patched paint everywhere that didn't match . I was embarrassed to take my sister there

While the place was clean and staff friendly, the hotel was constructed cheaply and thus was very noisy. The room was very cramped and the breakfast served was the worst of a three week trip. I asked for a receipt upon checking out and was told to get it through Hotels.com. Every other hotel provided me with a receipt when asked. The location was not the best either. I regret not paying a little more and getting a place right on the beach. We will not be coming back to this hotel or any TRU by Hilton. I expected more from a Hilton managed hotel.

The hotel was very nice. We had a couple days where we had female staff at the desk and the couldnt even stay off her phone while she was helping us. She made us feel like we were interrupting her. That was very unprofessional. Maybe pit the phones away while helping customers and act like we matter. She wouldnt have a job if it wasnt for the customers. Loved the hotel other wise.
