The room had mold on the tub and ceiling throughout the hotel. The elevator is extremely loud (we could hear it in our room going up and down all night) and terrified the kids. The only redeeming factor was the breakfast and complementary water at the front desk. We did enjoy the hot tub but couldn’t get in the pool due to a rude group but not the hotels fault! Staff attempted to help but the family was overly demanding.

The room was not properly cleaned. There was food, trash, and dirt underneath the couch and around the bed. Crumbs are underneath the table in the bathroom hair all on the floor and in the bathtub.

Pool was on the cold side the first night. Had an issue with our door. Staff got it taken care of right away. Breakfast was great even during a super busy weekend. Overall our stay was very relaxing and satisfying.

The pool is absolutely disgusting. The staff, if you’re lucky to see any, are incredibly rude. The room was 6/10, probably the only good area of the property.

They told me that Jacuzzi and pool were working but when I got there and checked in the Jacuzzi was broken and the water was so dirty it was like a sewer water and also in the room the bed was dirty. There was Mark all over it when I mentioned it to them, they made themselves that they don’t know nothing, not recommended for anyone

The only reason for reservations at this hotel was use of pool and hot tub. Called ahead day of to confirm hot tub is open and working. Arrive 2 hours later and hot tub is like warm and pool is ice cold. Booked and pre-paid for room so had no choice but stay. Hotel appeared new so very disappointed pool area was unusable.

The only problem was the hockey team staying at the hotel. They were very loud after midnight running through the hallways. These were 18-20 year old men. Put them by the coaches rooms and it won't be a problem. Coaches were on yhe 1st floor by the front desk. The boys were scattered throughout the hotel. I even asked when i checked in not to be near them and i was told that couldn't happen because they were all over the hotel. Put them together.

The property was nice and clean. Staff was also nice. I checked in went to eat and got an emergency phone call. I had an family emergency involving my son and could not stay. Would like to know if i could get a refund?

The hotel website lists an airport shuttle. On arriving we were told it only operates Monday through Friday so unavailable for our Saturday departure. That was a deception. We might not have booked this hotel.

Room needs major overhaul. Pink stains around walls on outside of shower. Dark stains on outdated carpet and desk chair has grease stains on front and back of it. Bathroom floor has issues as well. Its a shame that they don't reinvest because the front desk personal and breakfast folks are always friendly and accommodating. Same rate as neighboring hotels.

I liked that Indiana state police station next door. They were accomodating, had to add an extra day to my stay and it was no problem. Only drawback was its really close to the highway, so not really quiet, but probably good for people traveling.

The hotel shows some signs of age/wear but it was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff went above and beyond to exceed my expectations when I made a bizarre request at check in. The breakfast was good.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly. The chase lounge in the room had questionable stains on it. The room was poorly lit. You could not use the jet function in the hot tub because it was too loud to carry on a conversation with the person next to you, edges were chipped and without paint. The bed was very comfortable though.

It was in a great area, staff was very friendly and our room was clean. However the amenities were below expectations. The complimentary breakfast wasn't what I was expecting. My husband's biscuit was still doughy, the turkey sausage looked like it wasn't cooked fully either. The fruit selection was also poor, the apples and bananas offered were too ripe. The indoor pool was very cold, as was the air around it..the thermostat inside the place said the water temp was 76 and air was 84 but there was no way it was 84 in this place. One of the deep end ladders was broken with caution tape all around it and only about half the jets in the hot tub worked. It served it's purpose for our one night stay - thank goodness because my whole family found the best uncomfortable - but we won't stay here again.
