Run down hotel next to the interstate

Not nearly as clean as a normal holiday inn express. Our room was next to the interstate and very loud. The AC also made a horrible noise. The hotel is in a good location if it was just better taken care of.

Clean and convenient

My husband and I celebrated our 7th anniversary in downtown ft worth. Convenient location and very clean facility. the breakfast was just okay. Overall we enjoyed our room and slept well. Also loved that checkout wasn't until noon.

Did not honor reservation

Reservation was not honored. They gave away my room and the property was full when I arrived. Sent me to another hotel 10 miles away.

Disappointing amenities

1. The shower head sprayed one stream of water and had minimal pressure. 2. The shower head was so high that neither my husband nor I could adjust the spray. Why have spray options if you can't adjust them? 3. The hot tub was above 104F. Very uncomfortable. 4. The final step into the hot tub was nearly 20" which is probably not up to code. My husband sprained his knee stepping down into the tub. 5. The room is so narrow you can't get between the desk and the bed if someone is sitting at the desk.

Birthday weekend

We enjoyed our stay so much the shuttle service was phenomenal the drivers courteous and knowledgeable as well as the front desk we will definitely come back and stay here.we also really enjoyed the breakfast and late check out
