This fairly renovated hotel has so much to offer. They stuff it’s very polite, well trained And don’t hesitate to go above beyond to make your stay memorable. The breakfast is fun thing that I love the most. so many different regional options along with a made to order omelettes, tapiocas and eggs. Staying in this hotel was the best thing I’ve done on my trip to Fortaleza.

De forma geral gostei !O que não gostei estacionamento terceirizado e só podíamos sair depois das 8 da manhã pq o manobrista só começava a trabalhar neste neste horário. E a noite se vc precisa do carro não tem funcionário/ manobrista pra entregar o carro pra vc.

Fantastic
Just perfect. The staff is truly amazing. Service just what you want and then some. The parking attendants know exactly who you are and assist with everything from unloading your car to placing your car where it’s needed. The only down is no smart TV , but then again I have my ipad

Dois pontos negativos
Hotel novo, ambiente agradável e atendimento excelente, especialmente por parte da recepcionista que nos recebeu, do rapaz que nos auxiliou com as malas e da moça que trabalha no restaurante à noite. No entanto, o hotel tem dois pontos negativos que deixam a desejar. O primeiro é o estacionamento, localizado a cerca de 800 metros de distância e requer subir uma ladeira, o que pode ser inconveniente para quem precisa do carro após as 20h, pois antes desse horário há serviço de manobrista disponível. O segundo ponto negativo é o serviço de quarto, que só acontece à tarde, justamente no horário em que estamos dormindo. A limpeza deveria ser realizada no turno da manhã.

My stay at this hotel significantly enhanced my trip. Its prime location provided easy access to beach activities and nightlife. Additionally, the hotel was impeccably clean and recently renovated, while the staff was exceptionally friendly. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, featuring fresh local fruits and expertly prepared traditional Brazilian dishes.
