There was a sign saying they were remodeling but no signs of remodeling. It was not up to the regular standards. We were disappointed in the poor selection for breakfast. The tissue box in our room was empty

There are very limited options in the area so I would say this is the better of the choices, but we will choose to stay in another town if we need to be near Frankfort because the hotel was not very clean and was quite run down. We had to ask for new bedding because it was dirty. Just not a very nice place to stay.

English fluency of the clerk was an obstacle. He repeatedly told me there was no vacancies. It took me three tries to explain that I had purchased three days more than a month earlier on Expedia. The continental breakfast options were greatly underwhelming. I'd like to have more warning when booking that the choices would be limited to bread, packets of oatmeal, and sugary cereals that I cannot eat because I am diabetic. Other staff were friendly and helpful. A television channel guide and wifi password information in the room would have been more convenient.

Terrible! When I arrived the desk manager told me that there was no water in my room. Toilet and shower didn't work. No other hotels in the area had vacancies so I had to stay there. The desk manager told me that they wouldn't charge me because of this but the next day my credit card was charged the full price! The desk manager had lied to me! When I told Expedia about this they wouldn't do anything about it. Avoid this hotel and don't use Expedia!

There was 10-12 year old boy minding the front desk. When we checked in, it took forever. They gentlemen who checked spoke with grunts, single words, unfriendly face expressions and pointed at assortment of signs posted on glass. Every where you look were out of order signs. Did not even supply an ice bucket, only two chincey towels and one washcloth in shower. Wall paper peeling everywhere, some were caulked to stay in place. Carpeting was gross and the furniture outdated.

Was early for check in. Was told would have to pay $10 to check in. Fine. Could not break a 50. Offered to pay on debit. Waived. Never told about wifi, breakfast or if pool was open. Went out and wasnt sure if anyone evwr at front desk. By amount of cars in lot, not too many travelers. No blankets on bed or in closet. Closet door would only stay shut if trash can in front of it.

The price was the only okay part of this stay. They were doing some remodeling, but the place looked/was very run down on the inside (Carpet worn out, patches on holes on the bathroom door in my room, Tub, lighting in the room was very bad, Stacking Chair for the desk in room). The breakfast was not worth the effort.

The front desk staff was nice enough and checked me in fairly easily however was very involved with a conversation on his cell phone. Found a large bug climbing the wall on the outside of 1st floor elevator. Both bed sheets were stained however they did appear to be clean. One bed side lamp didn’t have a bulb in it. The closet door had a small trash receptacle holding it closed because it wouldn’t stay closed on its own. The bathtub water facet had a continuous leak.

If we could give ZERO stars, we would! This place should be SHUT DOWN until they clean it up and get rid of the ROACHES! There were many stains on the carpets, BLACK MOLD on the walls and ceilings, the pool has been "Under Construction" for MONTHS, the smell was atrocious, the breakfast was slim pickings with watered down juice, and to top it off, THE FIRE ALARM HAD BEEN PULLED and NOT RESET!!!!! This place is AWEFUL!!!! We had a 2 night stay and left after the first night!!

Towels and wash clothes were old and very rough. Carpet was old, dirty and had holes. Only one clothes hanger in room. Soap and lotions were scarce. Breakfast was OK but not noteworthy. Would not stay there again.

Had I known those pictures were fake….I would have picked a Hilton instead!! The pool was down (main reason I picked the spot) crowed in lounge area was super loud and the place was filthy. I’m honestly surprised the state hasn’t shut this location down.

We wanted to stay in Lafayette area, but hotels were booked; Frankfort only had a couple motels to choose from. We thought the LaQuinta-Wyndam brand was the best option. This hotel did not meet usual Wyndham standards. The carpeting both in hallway and room was old, badly stained and smelly. The wallpaper in our room was peeling off the wall and the refrigerator never got very cold. The tiled floor in the bathroom area was very sticky and needs mopping with hot, sudsy water. Overall, the place seemed dirty. A huge security concern was no lock on the side entrance door. There is a sign that says all guests must use the main entrance. Anyone, guest or not could enter the building through this door. It appeared that the lock had been gone for a long time. Breakfast was adequate although we missed having the waffle maker. But there were sausages, bread items with cream cheese, yogurt, juices, cold cereal, apples and coffee. No eggs nor waffle machine. Easy checkin and exiting.

We booked this hotel because of the pool. Come to find out, the pool hasn't been open in quite some time and they never reported it to hotels.com. The breakfast was far less than described (bread, raisin bran, bagels, apples). Our room was supposed to have 2 queen beds, but they were actually doubles. Internet was down all weekend. Wallpaper peeling. DIRTY - see photos of hallway and corner of our room.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. WiFi did not work and was not communicated until we asked. Pool has been closed for 2 plus years. Hotel is filthy- mold on the ceiling. Really wished I would have read the previous reviews prior to booking. Hotels.com should not even associate themselves with this establishment

The lobby carpet and chairs were stained. Our room smelled moldy and like someone had smoked in the room. The toilet didn’t flush unless you manually pulled the chain inside the tank. However, the bed was comfy.

This is not a place that functions as a hotel. It maximizes customer dissatisfaction. It was unsafe as our room door lock was broken and did not lock when you leave the room. The bathroom tub had thick bath rings; the toilet was not clean; and the heater spewed out a terrible burnt toast odor that made us nauseated. The ice cube machine didn’t function; the pool is out of service; and rusty, green colored water came out of the sink faucet.

Poorly maintained property, ceiling tiles had obvious water damage, the door frame in the bathroom was rusted, and there were holes in the drywall and unpainted patch jobs. Our room had a coffee maker and coffee satchets but no coffee cups. The included breakfast was unkempt and there were ants on the countertops. The cream cheese for the provided bagels was not single serve and was already open and used. The orange juice was very watered down. Definitely a cheap stay.

This property is in desperate need of remodel. Upon arrival there was no A/C running in the lobby, even though the outside temp was 85*, because the front desk clerk (who was probably the owners son) wanted fresh air. The elevator was filthy. The light above the bathroom sink did not work so they placed a lamp on the sink counter, which was also broken, as a remedy. The carpet was dirty and stained. I could go on, but I think you get the point. I would not recommend this hotel.

This place should be shut down. No a/c in main areas, pool did not work, though advertised with working pool. Nasty floors, hallways etc. Especially first floor. Room wasnt the greatest, sheets stained with what appeared to be blood. Nasty smell in room. We did not stay, went straight back to counter, told them to cancel the stay, dude said its cancelled and we left. I still got charged for room, hotels.com supposedly was going to investigate and get my money returned. Havent heard a word, so now its off to report the trash business and hotels.com to BBB. Do not even waste your time thinking of staying at this trash facility.

Beware! Black Mold! Total health hazard!
What a nightmare! This place needs to be burned to the ground! The young man that checked me in was very polite but it ends there! Lobby had no AC, NO pool, when I entered the building I immediately could smell something very strong, my eyes and throat started burning. Once I entered my room, I was in complete disbelief! Black mold everywhere! I’m a nurse, I know that is a very dangerous situation so I immediately grabbed my bag and left!!! Still trying to get my money refunded. I will be contacting the health dept / IN state building inspectors because I truly worry about the health of anyone staying in that building! They beat refund my money or they will have a huge fight on their hands!
