Thanksgiving get-away
There for a few days. Location is great. Suggestion to next person, take an over-the-door hanger as there is no place to hang your towels in the bathroom. Loved the ambience of the little faux fireplace. Bed was Uber comfortable.

Very clean and well maintained. Excellent parking. Walking distance to downtown shops, etc. Pool area is very nice. Only suggestion is to add towel bars in bathroom.

Nice stay.
We were in town for a wedding and found the property perfect. Very clean and comfortable. Nice town to stay in but we didnt get to experience much of it. Would stay again if in the area.

Great Location
The unit was very quiet, just 2 blocks from Main St shopping. The pool came in very handy during the heat wave. Just soaking for an hour after walking around in the heat was perfect. Appreciated the off street parking too!

Quiet, convenient and very walkable to downtown. AC kept us cool and the layout was very roomy. We'll be back! If we were to be picky, a keurig, full length mirror and a little more lighting around the living area would it put over the top.

It was just as described. Walking distance to downtown and I was only 7-8 minutes from the golf course. I never heard any of my neighbors!

Nice Rooms - Pool was Disappointing
The room setup was great. It looked exactly like the photos, very clean, and I appreciated that they supply wine glasses in case you take a few bottles back with you. I was really disappointed that the hot tub outside was not operational, that was one of the selling points for this location because we wanted to relax there in the evenings. We did appreciate that this location is walking distance from downtown for those that don’t mind the stroll. There is a large step up to reach the shower in the bathroom which is an issue if you have accessibility challenges and are at risk for falls. Also, note that if you prefer a quiet location, this is directly beside the neighborhood splash pad so there are plenty of children playing next door during the daytime hours.

Bare minimum
Great place but we were disappointed that so many things were lacking that could have made this property better- no hooks in the bathroom for towels. No scissors. Cheap coffee. Only a few forks which one was dirty. The bathroom nook needs a shelf. Trash bins needs to be larger. This place felt very bare like a hotel room.

Blood on a sheet, broken fire place, panel of kitchen cabinet fell, bathroom a mess
There was hair all over the soap in the bathroom and a contact lens on the bathroom counter. Blood on the sheet on the bed, we opened a cabinet and the front panel fell off. We won't return as it was not worth the money we paid.

Clean and nice condo/apartment close to main street!
We had a great stay at Simply Unforgettable. The condo/apartment was very clean and was exactly as pictured. It was a great location as you can walk everywhere to main street. Super easy check-in and check-out process.

Jacuzzi not working, buy the look of the sign it nad not been working for a long time. Before the booking confirmed that the jacuzzi was operating year around. My husband and I both complained about how had the beds were. On my side of the bed there was a metal bar protruding that I kept hitting with my ankle. There were no luggage stands, so you had to keep lifting you luggage on to the bed and then back into the closet. There is a a 1 1/2 - 2 inch step up into the bath room that both of us tripped on several times. There is a 8 inch step up to the tub and toilet, I don’t remember them listing this as not handicap accessible. The jacuzzi tub in the bathroom does not work. It’s a small bathroom ,the exhaust fan does not work and everything steams up. There were no forks. There were no extra trash liners we were there for three days and improvised with grocery bags. The outlet next to the bed was missing a cover. I did call the manager about the outlet, forks and jacuzzi. She said see did it know the jacuzzi was not working but the sign was old. She did offer us a discount. They sent someone out to put a cover on the outlet. The forks never arrived. overall they just don’t keep this up, it looks great in the pictures. Would have been better in a hotel. At least we could have changed rooms.

Charming getaway
Loved the location, the hot tub at the end of the day, the fireplace and plenty of space for 2 people. Thank you for the coffee and filters. Everyone suggests this but needs towel rack and toilet paper holder. Loved closet big enough for suitcases.

This was a great location for me because I love to walk and not have to use my car.
I loved the inside of the property and the pool. Had to get used to the steps up in the bathroom. Might cause issues for those with limitations. Would have liked instructions opening the key box. I had a hard time never having used one before.

What an amazing place to stay and love that it’s walking distance to Main Street.
We stayed for our anniversary and will definitely stay again. It’ had everything we needed. The only thing I would say it’s missing is a full size stand up mirror.

We had a great stay in Fredericksburg! Overall, the room was exactly as listed. It was overall very clean with the exception of a bath towel that had makeup all over it and the mirror in the bathroom needed to be dusted. I would highly recommend this property!

The property was clean, nicely decorated and very well located for our stay. We DID take a nightlight as the steps into bathroom could be an issue in the dark. The recliners were great after a day at the museum. The hot tub worked fine just need to plan ahead to allow water to warm up. Bed was comfy and pillows were great! The a/c is a little loud and we had an issue with TV that we debugged ourselves. We would definitely return. The kitchenette was very handy too.

Great Location and Setup!
This place was perfect for two of us. It’s very walkable to things in town yet quiet and tucked away. The bed was comfortable, plenty of linens, and we loved being able to use the grill! The only things to note, other reviewers have called out. The A/C is quite loud it sounds like you have a dishwasher running 24/7. It didn’t bother us too much. The other is the step up into the bathroom you have to get used to but other than that we loved it!

Walk to everything
This property is in a great location. Very old historic homes down the street. Main is a short walk. Things that meeting be improved are there are no towel racks, as a result we use a new towel every day. No toilet paper holder. No luggage racks, a place this size needs them. Great big closet would accommodate 2 of them. Pool had lots of pollen floating. Maid didn’t clean when she was cleaning other condos. Otherwise it’s a great condo. We hope to return. Very quiet area! Nice getaway.

Property was very much as shown in the website. Very easy to check in and out. The swimming pool and patio area could use some maintenance. Patio, pool and spa were strewn with leaves and umbrella was blown over into the bushes. Probably all the result of the recent windy weather. We will stay again when in the Texas Hill Country.

2 blocks off Main St
This studio was perfect for our 3 night stay and was a short walk to the restaurants and shops on Main St. Parking is right outside your door which we liked. The bed was comfy, towels were plentiful and the 2 reclining chairs were super comfortable. We brought 2 nightlights with us as recommended in another review to light up the step to the bathroom and the step to the toilet and we are glad we did! I would also recommend bringing an over the door towel rack because there are no hooks to hang wet towels or robes. For the price and convenient location, this studio was an excellent choice. Had it had supplied a nightlight for those bathroom steps, towel hooks or bars, and another mirror outside the bathroom, I would have rated it 5 stars. We would stay there again.

Best stay
We had the best time at this property. It was clean, updated and charming. And because we visited during the holiday season, it even had a few decorative nods to the season- which I loved. Its proximity to Main St. was such a bonus. We didnt have to worry about parking, we just walked everwhere. Evening strolls felt safe too. Oh and don't skip the hottub. After walking and enjoying the city, a dip in the hottub and a night cap was the best way to end the day. Definitely recommend.

Very cute, great location, great price, great service. We really enjoyed it. To make the experience even better we’ve attached a few recommendations. - [ ] AC is loud and has a weird noise - [ ] No full size mirror - [ ] Need a nightlight in the bathroom because there are steps that are dangerous when using the bathroom at night while your half asleep. - [ ] Pillows are too big, need options for smaller pillows. - [ ] Needs a side table between recliners to set your coffee or wine on.
