Perfect for getaway!
Nice little cottage! Clean and new. Would be perfect for groups if you got 2 or 3 of these. Location is West end of Main St. Its walkable to the closer shops and restaurants.

Great Place
This is a great place on Main Street. Nice and clean and easy to check in. There is a quite a walk into the main shops along Main Street. The shower is super nice and the bed is comfortable. The parking is a little tight on the weekends but plenty of parking spaces. Would definitely stay again.

Comfy!
Quiet location not far off the Main area hub. Super happy with all and would book again. The only item I’d pout out is only certain units have the pool right at your door, as some pics show. If that’s important to you just confirm. Loved the place and highly recommend.

Nice and quiet place.
Great location in Fredericksburg. Four blocks from the shops and restaurants which kept us far enough out of the crowds but within walking distance. The pool helped us cool off after our hike at Enchanted Rock. The room was clean and we had everything we needed.

Great for a Fredericksburg getaway
It's down the street from all the fun of downtown Fredericksburg but still quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. Check in and check out was easy peasy. Would stay again.

Hummingbird Hideaway
Overall, the unit was great for a 2-3 day stay, but there was minimal space or utensils to prepare or serve light meals or snacks. Parking spaces are not lined, so some vehicles took extra space, making parking rather tight. The bathroom is spacious with separate vanities and a large shower.

It was perfect, couldn't have been better. The only issue was that when we adjusted the fan speed on the wall, it tripped a breaker which left us with no power in the bathroom. We still had plenty of ambient lighting though and had such a good time we didn't worry about trying to get it fixed.

Excellent location and definitely worth it! Cute little cottages with modern farmhouse decor. Beds and pillows were very comfortable! The area was really clean. Close to shopping and wineries. We absolutely stay there again.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time. The room is exactly how it is shown and described online. It has everything you need. The pool and hot tub were a huge plus. Fairly close to the center of Main Street. We definitely will stay here again.

Nice and welcoming! Big bathroom with 2 sinks and large shower. The only draw back was the light from the parking lot coming in from the window above the front door at night. Thank you for a nice stay.

The property was exceptionally clean! We asked for decaf coffee which they got for us. The fireplace gave a warm, homey feeling. We would have liked for the ceiling fan and the light over the shower have to have worked. Also, next time we will bring our own pillows. All in all, it was very lovely and we would stay again

Property was nice, I was under the impression that the pool was a little closer to unit and that is was a lot closer to the downtown shopping area, for like walking distance . Google maps has your location one block off on the opposite side of street, so a little confusing. The lock boxes are very difficult to get into or at least for me it was. I met the driver for the wine tour at your office and they seemed annoyed that I was unable to wait in my car since I had walked across the street, I waited inside for a short time and then waited on the porch in the heat. Barry was great on the wine tour, very pleasing to all guest. This was my first trip to Fredericksburg, I will return again

The only problem with the property is that the towel bar was very loose and came off when we grabbed the towel and we put it back up but we couldn’t use it for fear it woul fall off the wall

This was the perfect spot! Great location and very comfy bed. The A/C was nice and cold too. No complaints at all about this place. My only recommendation would be to find something to cover the little front door window with because there are not any blinds or curtains for it. I would definitely stay here again!

A nice little getaway
Room was clean and cool. I enjoyed that it was away from the stores but still a fast, easy access. The pool was nice but they left the vacuum in at all times which was in the way when 8 guests were there at the same time. Only big complaint was parking, they really need one assigned parking by each rental. We had to park on the street often and one big truck backed up to our front door and never left all weekend. Also, the cute cottages is not this room... you walk straight into the parking lot from the door not a lush green area like many of the other rooms... grass would have been much nicer than a strangers hitch. Overall nice and when we had a small issue (one key didn't work) they fixed it quickly.

Great location, great room, just 1 small problem
We enjoyed our stay here for Labor Day weekend. The only small issue was the thermostat didn't seem to be working - and we could not get the temperature increased. We felt like we were sleeping the last night in a blast freezer. But since we were here after 11, we didn't want to bother anyone , just suggest to management that they take a look at it before the next time it's rented out.
