“The Casita is an amazing property. When we arrived, Steve met us outside and showed us to the room, which is a private mother-in-law style suite attached to the house. The room was extremely clean and thoughtfully organized, including a couch, office space with a printer, coffee, microwave, toaster, fridge, and laundry. “The property was as described! The farm animals were well taken care of and very cute and friendly; the mini house was very well equipped. All in all we the stay was perfect. Would not change a thing! Important to note that the time change between AZ and UT is 1 hour - from Spring to Fall so that needs to be taken into consideration when traveling to Zion after Spring Ahead but before Fall Back time changes.”

“This property was a nice little getaway from the city, with more than I expected. A tiny home shaped like a barn was surprisingly modern inside. Huge smart TVs in the living room and bedroom allowed me to watch my favorite programming while nature was performing outside with a monsoon storm. The WiFi was a little inconsistent (due to the storm I believe), but the home was well stocked with everything you need but forget to pack. The petting zoo was another added bonus. “This was the perfect stopover for my family of five! It was clean, comfortable, and SO well made and decorated. My kids absolutely loved the lofts! Highly recommend. ”

“We always love our stay at the Wild West 40! This is definitely the tiniest of their tiny homes, but it was plenty of room for 2 adults and 1 kiddo. The beds were comfy, the shower water pressure was great, and the kitchen was sufficient for cooking our meals. The critters outside are definitely friendly and we enjoyed feeding Stella and Sweetie and their calves carrots, along with Kincaid, Trigger, and the goats. The chickens kindly provided us with fresh eggs for breakfast!”

“The cabin was fine, nothing special. If I have a complaint it's that the place is hard to find. There's also nobody around to talk to or check in with. If not for me trying the combination on one of the units, we would have gone to another hotel and complained that the listing didn't exist.This is on an active farm.”
