“The house is amazing. Spacious, beautiful and comfortable. Big kitchen and living room. Comfortable bed and enormous shower. Everything is so clean and has a unique vibe. The host is extra friendly. And the animals are so cool.”

“집은 넓고 깨끗합니다. 호스트와의 연결도 빠르고 편했어요. 이곳에서 브라이스캐년 1시간반거리, 자이온캐년 1시간반거리, 그리고 그랜드캐년노스림 1시간거리에 있습니다. 다소 멀다고 느낄수도 있으나 여유있는 여행일정이시라면 이곳에서 2~3박 머무시면서 캐년을 즐기는걸 추천드려요. 30분 거리에 큰 마트가 있고 이집에는 부엌시스템이 잘 갖춰져 있어서 좋았습니다”

“We were only here 1 night, but would stay again. Loved the animals and the very friendly black cat! There were 3 twin mattresses upstairs, which accommodated our party of 5 perfectly. My only tip for others coming to the property is to save the entry/wifi details to your phone while you have phone coverage, because you may not have coverage when you get there.”

“The location allows you to be close to multiple sites. The cabin is clean and they provide most kitchen shower supplies you need! While there are 3 beds the two up top are a tight squeeze but overall did the job. S/o for having a humidifier in the cabin as well”

“We always love our stay at the Wild West 40! This is definitely the tiniest of their tiny homes, but it was plenty of room for 2 adults and 1 kiddo. The beds were comfy, the shower water pressure was great, and the kitchen was sufficient for cooking our meals. The critters outside are definitely friendly and we enjoyed feeding Stella and Sweetie and their calves carrots, along with Kincaid, Trigger, and the goats. The chickens kindly provided us with fresh eggs for breakfast!”

“Fun and eclectic vibe. Exactly what this expect. The decor was fun and would be a fun place to come back to. One downside was needing to pay additional for using the facilities. Hot tub is 5/person per use. To use the grill costs more. Just little things that shouldn’t cost more, cost more to use. Little misleading to promote a hot tub as a part of the rental then charge more to use it. Which is fine if it was part of the listing that you had to pay more, but dont like that you find it out only……

“The cabin was as expected from the listing.the checkin door code provided was not functional. We spent two hours trying to get a correct code from the host. Finally, the host sent a young lady to the cabin with a working code. To make matters worse, a thunder storm developed and soaked us for two hours! Didn't help the attitude!We enjoyed our stay.”
